Users are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials and any activities under their account. ElderArt cannot be held liable for unauthorized account access resulting from users’ security negligence.
Payment for won items is due within a specified timeframe post-auction. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation, account penalties, or legal action.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court within the jurisdiction agreed upon in these Terms. ElderArt aims for amicable dispute resolution but will enforce legal rights as necessary.
ElderArt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
